Warranty Policy

We Do Lcd will provide a 60 to 365 days warranty based on the specification of the product. If a product is found to be faulty or defective within 30 days of purchase we will offer a FREE replacement(except screens). All products have been tested for functionality, appearance and packaging before shipment.

The guarantee will only cover manufacturer faults and does NOT cover the following:

  • Damage caused by liquid
  • Intentional damage
  • Damage caused by dropping the product or intentional mistreatment.
  • Damage caused by attempting to repair or adapt the device by yourself or a third party
  • Improper use of accessories.
  • Faults or damage that may arise due to normal wear and tear – e.g scratches too.

Warranty for each product

  1. All original parts offer 12 months quality warranty. Lightning USB, Charger, Earpods, internal repair spare parts, LCD, pantalla, batería, fast charger, fast car charger and micro cable.
  2. Mobile phone screen original quality have 12 months warranty, high copy quality have 3 months warranty.
  3. Brand products supply 12 months warranty.
Warranty details

According to our warranty details, If a product (except screens)is found to be faulty or defective within 30 days of purchase, Please first inform the specific reasons for the problem and send video or photos to us. if there is a quality problem, do FREE REPLACEMENT in the next order.

If it is after 30 days, but it is indeed during the warranty period, have a lot of damaged items may require a return, depending on the specific circumstances. Of course, for our VIP clients have preferential treatment. We can lose our profits and keep clients to get enough profits. The situation needs to be negotiated.

We have confidence in the product, so we offer such a long warranty. However, the screen unit price is relatively high, if you can return the screen to us, some problems can give the factory to replace or repair, for us is to reduce the loss.then also will replacement new ones to you.

The screen appears quality problems, a few damaged also can replacement new one in the next order(please save the damaged screen), if there are many damaged screen, Please do a return processing. Or in a few months accumulated a number of bad screens to do a return processing, we can bear the freight, after receiving the goods in batches we replace the new goods or to discuss the appropriate claims program.

Deliveries and Returns


Once your payment received, we’ll ship the goods within 24 business hours and next day provides you the tracking number. Products will be sent via DHL express shipment. Deliveries will need to be signed for. Each product will match the description. The quality of the product will be written in the invoice and the received goods will match this.

Returns Process

If the goods appear any problems, no worry, please contact us in the fist time. if is possible, please help us to discuss the best solution. because clients can provide more information, then things will be resolved faster. We can make less and will let our clients keep the margin.

If you want to return some goods, Please first send some picture or video to us, when we are agreed with it. you can return them .we recommend returns every two months due to the return time and costs.

NOTE: suggest use DHL or EMS express shipment, need the tracking number and detail transport information.
